A lot of people reach for their phones every morning before getting out of bed.  When you first wake up, before you are fully awake, your mind is in a state known as the alpha state. Gratitude section

It is so important to start your day with gratitude. If you are not grateful for what you already have how can you receive more?

Also, don’t think about the negative things in your life. Make peace with them and create an action plan to resolve them. For example, if you are not happy with your body.

Accept that you are not happy with where you are but don’t dwell. Dwelling on it will only make you feel worse and attract more if it into your life.

Make a plan, stick to it and if you have a bad day, let it go and try to do better the next day.  I have my days where I know I shouldn’t eat fried dough and cake, but I don’t beat myself up.  I refrain from eating carbs and sugar for the next few days after.

Days when I have more will power I remind myself how good I feel, how good my stomach looks after eating protein, veggies and no carbs or sugar.

The next section is auto suggestion.

We have to reprogram our minds. We have to stop spinning our wheels and act with purpose. The only way to do this is to feed our subconscious mind. Our subconscious minds control everything we do.

My daily page has this to remind yourself to do this every single morning upon waking and every evening before bed.

  1. Fix your mind on the exact amount of money you want. Be definite.
  2. Decide what you intend to give in return for the money. This could be in the form of selling a product or service.
  3. Select a definite date by which you will be in possession of the money you desire.
  4. Prepare a definite plan, and begin to implement it immediately. Begin whether you are ready or not.
  5. Write down everything. Sum up step 1-4 in a clearly written statement
  6. Read out your written statement first thing in the morning and just before retiring at night. Use your imagination to see and feel yourself already in possession of the money. See yourself as already being where you want to be.
